Does this day seem too rushed?

Hi everyone,

This is what I am planning for our second day in Paris, Thursday, June 2025. Arriving from Bayeux so no jet lag!

10:30-12:30 Paris Walks Tour (Occupation and lLberation), quick lunch, then walking to the Arc de Triumph.

2:30ish - Tickets for the Arc de Triumph. Walking to the Eiffel Tower after.

5ish - ET summit tickets (if available, I’ve been practising securing tickets on the website).

Walk back to our hotel in Saint Germain Des Pres (rue de Buci), taking the scenic route along the seine, stopping for dinner along the way..

Thanks in advance for any advice.

What time does your train arrive that morning from Bayeux ? That seems early to be able to be in position for a Paris Walk. I forget where the meeting place is for that walk.

Also, the walk may last longer than 2 hours, so you might be really eating on the run (depending on where the walk wraps up) to make a 2:30 pm Arc de Triomphe entry time. I would bring some nuts / granola bars to hold me through in case I didn't get a chance to get lunch before the Arc visit.

Hi Kim - thanks for replying!
We arrive from Bayeux the day before. The Paris Walks tour begins at metro Tuileries and I believe ends around the Champs Élysées…I’m trying to figure out the best times to get tickets to go up the Arc de Triumph, then the Eiffel Tower on this day with leaving some time to grab a quick bite to eat in between. Wondering also if this is too much for one day? Will pack snacks :)

Thanks,
Laurie

Ah okay - then yes, I think this looks perfectly doable.
