Does the museum pass cover everything at Notre Dame?

It covers the tower, but you don't get to skip the line.

I'm not sure about the crypts.

Entry to the church itself is free of charge.

Covers the Cyrpts, and in our opinion they were worth visit!

And Tom is correct, while pass covers Towers, they no not allow line skipping there, and lines for Towers are very long and VERY slow moving, get in line before they open!! Lines for church may look long, but they move steadily, so don't be too fewaked to see that line stretch across square. Lines for Tower are at side of building, not front.
