Our family will be visiting Paris from Canada next week. We heard that we need to fill the dPLF form on https://app.euplf.eu/#/. But the dropdown list on that page just shows Malta and Slovenia without France. Does this mean we don't need to fill the dPLF form to enter Paris? If no, where should I fill the form?
