We are disembarking a Princess Cruise in Le Havre France. Is there a customs office there where we can get our passports stamped? Where is that office? How easy is this process and roughly how long does it take? TIA!

The immigration office was right at the dock. Our ship used a staggered disembarking procedures. it took maybe three hours --- BUT --- It varies a lot by ship. In other situation, we have done it on board prior to getting off. Sometime you turn your passport into a ship office and the immigration officers come on very early and go through passports and returned to you. It varies greatly by the country and cruise line. If you are trying to schedule something, I would not do it until very later morning or early afternoon.
