Any suggestions for a Monday evening dinner for four adults near St Chapelle? Not too extravagant and preferably somewhere with at least a few vegetarian options since not everyone in our group eats meat.

Monday nights are tough since many restaurants are closed on Monday. Restaurant Paul on Place Dauphine is pretty close to Saint Chapelle. We're going there in a couple of weeks after our visit to St. Chapelle but we've never been there so I can't vouch for it.
