We (and our jet-lag bodies) will arrive a day early for our Paris HOF tour. Staying at Hotel B. Montmartre. Any recommended eateries close to the hotel?

Try L'Anvers du Decor, 32 Rue D'Orsel, 75018 . We ate there twice in December. Loved their moules frites, served four ways. When I return to Paris, I'll go back. Lovely people, good service. Their website is lanversdudecor.fr Not sure how close to your hotel, but maybe if you're jetlagged, walking is just what you need? ;) Along with some great food and a little vin blanc?

Stayed here last year for the same tour. Loved the hotel and the tour! The neighborhood has several good restaurants within just a few blocks.

Bar Italia Brasserie (10 minute walk away down Rue Clichy to Rue Moncey)

I've eaten a couple of times at Cafe Chez Plumeau which is near the top of Montmartre just off the Pace du Tertre. I've also just had a coffee there once.
The food was good, the decor was nice, and the wait staff was friendly.
I don't know about proximity to your hotel but if you venture to the top it's much much nicer than anything on the Place itself.
