We had a pretty good meal in late December at Oh! Liban (https://www.ohliban.fr/), located several blocks north of the palace. We were there with friends from the U.S. who wanted to tour the palace during their visit.
It serves Lebanese food and was a nice break from the usual French fare. The food was pretty good -- not the best Lebanese food I've ever had, but among the better -- and the service was very attentive and professional.
