Once before, when in Nice France, we dined on the waters edge, where the ferries dock. There was a tower entry & we walked over part of the beach to get there.
Any ideas of the name/location?

The tower entry is confusing me, but there is Le Plongeoir and La Reserve with round circular structures. The first you have to pass over the water with beach on either side (but not directly on it). The second doesn't pass over the beach but the end is rounded, like half a tour.
