We hope to travel around Burgundy next month, flying into CDG and taking TGV to Dijon. Any suggestions for spending our first night at a B&B within walking distance, including bags, of the train station? Thanks.
There is a Kyriad hotel close to the station that we stayed at once. It is on the left as you walk from the station into town. Not expensive but not a B&B.
Here's an apartment, but the owners are close by: My Home in Dijon.

Thanks for the suggestions. They helped us decide to travel to Beaune with less congestion and better chance of finding a B&B before picking up our car.
Hi Barb and welcome to Burgundy ! You'll find B&Bs on those websites http://www.beaune-tourism.com/ and http://www.burgundy-tourism.com/index.php?id=carto_1_2_2#listing Enjoy your (too short) stay!
Thank you very much for your support Bets but even if I collect my guests at the train station (otherwise 15 min walk), the minimum stay is 2 nights. Dijon deserves more time to be discovered anyway, it is so beautiful and so undervalued !! :)
Merci, Coco, Our plans have changed and we shall fly into Zurich and visit friends. However, we plan to take train to Besancon, pick up a car and then around Burgundy. We will drop car off in Dijon and try to give your city at least one full day.
If you want to make the most of your short time in Dijon, I suggest you follow the Owl's trail step by step (get a brochure at the TO near the train station main entrance or in the dukes palace). If you are there on a market day you may spend a few hours enjoying the atmosphere. A museum or two (there are quite a lot), a nice walk in a park or around Kir lake and you'll see the end of the day coming very fast !
Welcome and have fun !
