This is driving me crazy. I've tried to make reservations for Giverny through Digitick numerous times and keep getting the message, "Error with validation of card" even though my bank verifies that the card is valid and has adequate funds. They say the problem is with Digitick. I've reserved spaces through Digitick for a concert at Ste. Chapelle with no problems using the same Visa card. I'd really rather not stand in line at Giverny, though we'll be there early. Does anyone know of any other way to make the reservation?

I had a problem trying to but tickets from Digitick as well. My bank said it was because they use something called Verified by Visa. I had to be on the phone with the bank while I tried to make the purchase. They did something on their end to verify the purchase before I tried to make it so that it would go through. When they did this I had no problem. I'm not sure if your problem is the same, since you already made one purchase on the site though. I just wanted to let you know of one possibility. Hopefully you can get it worked out!

I believe you can ask your bank to set you up to have a verified by visa password. They send you to a web site and you create a password. We did it many years ago when our credit card was compromised. Don't remember exactly how we did it, but your bank should be able to help you out. Maybe you can google "verified by visa" and you might get the web site to explain how it works..When we order on line and use visa, sometimes it comes up and sometimes it doesn't. Who knows why?
