We are looking for recommendations for a one day trip.
Please suggest tour organizations and/or guides.
We would prefer bus/van transportation.
Thank you,
Mike

You don't say what you are interested in.
Also, it's a six hour round trip by road to Bayeux, for example.
Quite long for a day trip.
Companies such as Overlord do full day trips from Paris, I believe. However, be aware that you will likely spend more time on the road going and returning than you will seeing the sights. I assume by Normandy you mean the DDay beach landing sights. (Normandy is almost 12,000 square miles and has lots more to see and do than the DDay sights.)
For other suggestions and opinions put something like "day trips to DDay sights from Paris" in the search bar above. There have been many discussions on the forum that will answer your questions. Filter for "forum", then "one year or less".
In addition to tours designed for visitors based in or near Bayeux, Overlord offers a tour (2FS, I think) for people staying in Paris but willing to take the early train up to Bayeux in order to join a full-day tour of D-Day sites. That tour picks up and drops off at the Bayeux RR station. Overlord uses vans, as do most if not all the other tour companies based in and around Bayeux.
Taking a bus tour from Paris would lead to relatively little time actually seeing D-Day sites. In addition to the long drive from Paris, you will have the inevitable driving necessary to move between sites. This is not like going to a single location. I'd also be concerned I might be on a full-size bus, which would have the added disadvantage of extended unloading and reloading time at each stop.
