What is the easiest way to do a day trip from Paris to Auvers-Sur-Oise? Are there any good tours out there? Or would public transportation be ok?

We did the weekend trip with no transfers. Only drawback is that we could have used another hour or two -- we loved walking the town, did the impressionist train trip at the chateau -- a bit silly but still enjoyed it -- had lunch there and of course visited the cemetery and field and church. Would like to have talked along the river and didn't have time for that. A great day trip from Paris.
