My sister and I will be staying in Honfleur for a week in July 2024. We would like to go from Honfleur to both Giverny and Rouen and back to Honfleur in one day. I can’t find any such day trips through a travel agency. Does anyone know of any drivers who would do that, please? I’d rather not rent a car. Thank you.

However you arrange it, you're going to be spending a lot of that day in the car, which seems a waste, especially as I'm sure it won't be cheap. You didn't say how you're getting to Honfleur, but if your trip originates in Paris, it'd probably be easier and much more manageable to make your way from Paris to Giverny (can't imagine there would be any shortage of day tour packets) to Rouen to Honfleur by public transport. It'd still be a long day, though.
