We will be taking the train to Nice from Monaco but there seems to be several access points to the train station. Is there an actual address to plug into my map app so I get the right station for my train? Or what are my other options.

Google maps says;
Place Sainte Dévote, 98000 Monaco
That is the only train station in Monaco. The tracks pretty much tunnel through the entire nation. So the station is an elevator down to the platforms.

Yes, there are many entrances, on many different levels - one of the many brilliant things about Monaco...
If you were at either of the ports I could direct you but I have no clue where the shore boats from cruise ships dock.
