Need suggestions or ideas for some moderate-easy day hike(s) near Tours. Will be spending one day doing gardens/chateau and want to send one day getting back to nature.....
There's a nice, woodsy trail along the south bank of the Cher river from Blere to just beyond Chenonceau. You could make a three hour round trip out of that.
