We (2 couples total) will be renting a vacation home near central Beaune in June for three days. We probably should have looked more closely at renting a houseboat instead, as we'd love to get some time on the canals/rivers in Burgundy. But we didn't and so we are looking for day-long cruise options. I am not finding much on the internet (everything seems to be overnight/multi-day boat options).
Does anyone have experience with day trip boat options in Burgundy? Although close to Beaune would be ideal, we will have a car and are open to a bit of a drive if that is what it takes. While we'd prefer to have a guided boat trip, we'd be open to renting a boat and guide separate as well if that is what it took.
