Hi -- I recently learned that I will be in Paris the weekend of Nov 8-10 and immediately worked to get tickets for the Da Vinci Exhibition at the Louvre. As one would expect, everything is already sold out for the next month. Does anyone know of an alternative for getting tickets or have any ideas that might be helpful? Thanks!

Try in the evening our time in the US. I had to try twice for Feb tickets as first the website did not go as far as Feb but it did yesterday. Also one never knows if they will add hours or extra days as they did for the following in 2016.

It was the greatest attendance since the King Tut one in the 1970s and was fabulous so keep trying.
As of this moment, there is one timed entry on one day only for the whole month of November: November 20th, at 7:00 pm. Otherwise, maybe some vendors will be re-selling “tours” on the street. Any tours being sold on Trip Advisor? Please report back.
Keep checking the calendar! I was so disappointed that all my dates were sold out, and just this morning checked again and found a ticket on a day I’ll be there in 2 weeks! I think if someone switches dates or cancels it opens up the tickets again. So just keep trying...good luck!
