Our Overlord tour with Oliver was spectacular. We had a private tour with 8 participants. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel in Bayeux. Oliver informed us right away about a possible shift in the sites due to some unexpected construction, but after some discussion, he found a way to get us to there anyway. He was extremely knowledgeable, hospitable, and made the day not only informative, but fun. He even facilitated a lunch reservation for our group! Highly recommend this tour.

We are going to take the 2 day group tour next week. Do you tip the guide? If so, what is the usual and would you do it each day? Thanks for your help

We did tip our guide with what we thought appropriate. It was just a 1 day tour If you have the same guide for two days, it seems you could tip at the conclusion of day 2.

We did a 2 day tour and I recommend tipping at the end of each day because you won't necessarily get the same guide both days. The 2 day tours are just 2 of the 1 day tours at a small discount. I think most members tipped 10 to 20 euros a day. They are Excellent and I can heartily recommend them.

We did the Band of Brothers tour. Guillaume was our guide. He was great. We tipped him $20.
