we are entering France, from Germany, 10/12, we are fully vaccinated, do we need Covid tests to enter?
can we go to restaurants with full vaccination cards, no need for Covid tests?

Once you are in the EU you can use your status with COVID card (green pass, COVID certificate) for any other country in the bloc. This includes non-EU countries like Switzerland. If your CDC card was recognized in Germany you are fine in France. You could apply for the Pass Sanitaire if you like. You might search this Forum for report from others who have used their CDC cards in France as there have been many reports.
