We returned from Paris on a round-trip on Air France. AF sent an e-mail before each leg of the flight concerning what is needed. When all forms are completed and uploaded, and your boarding pass will have "ready to fly" on it after uploading the forms cutting time needed through lines. Leaving the USA, you will need to upload a copy of your vaccination form and completed form needed by the French. We brought paper copies for insurance and in case they were requested. We had digital copies on our phone. To return, they (because the USA requires it to enter USA) require a completed covid test result taken a day before the flight home. This can be done at a pharmacy in France. They will e-mail the results and give you a paper copy if requested. Check on how this is done in the UK. The AF form asks you to drag and drop negative results and USA covid immunization files into their form and return the form on-line. Once done, you can request your boarding pass and it will have "ready to fly" on it. We took paper copies of all the documents, negative test, and forms and had them ready if needed. We also had the completed French form ready to turn in. You might read messages on this forum abut methods to use an on-line proctored test that does not require a visit to a facility. You will need to do this in time to receive the test kits sent to you. Some of our travel group did this with their family. Unfortunately, there was a young woman wo did not understand she needed a negative covid test result to enter the USA and was denied entry on the AF flight. Read the AF e-mail to you carefully. This does take some time on your last day to get tested and get the info uploaded. IMHO, it about time to eliminate this requirement for fully vaccinated citizens as they have done in Europe.
