Covid papers

I understand we can fly from US to France now, but what are the exact Covid requirements?
We got our second vax April 15 - would that paper count to go there and back?

Hi Andrei - your proof of full vaccination will get you into France, but to return to the United States, you will have to take an antigen test within the three days prior to your return to the U.S. Antigen tests can be had at any pharmacy for 29 euros, and you get the results back in 15 minutes.

Kim, thank you.
What happens, if antigen test turns positive? They are not very accurate...

You get a PCR test and if that is also positive, you quarantine.

Would they put me to the hospital for this? Do I have to pay for that?
Do I lose the airplane tickets?
Do you know anybody going through all this trouble?

They don't put you anywhere -- you have to make arrangements and pay for them and any airline delay costs you incur. Some countries have hotels where they board those who test positive; France doesn't do that.

I don't have a smart phone, device, or mobile. Do the COVID rapid tests in Paris give a paper that can be used?

I checked Expedia - they are asking not for vax certificate, but for test result.

Hi Andrei - Expedia is wrong.

France wants proof of vaccination.

The U.S. wants a negative test result for re-entry.
