Hi! So about 2 weeks ago my family and I sent in our forms for a French Covid Health Pass. I recieved mine a couple days later, but my parents still haven't recieved theirs! We are leaving for France on September 6th! Any advice on what to do? Thanks in advance!

resubmit using the new portal posted on August 28th -- this is the system now preferred.
