We will be staying in Nice and taking a couple day trips. I tonight for one it would be nice to go to Antibes or Villafranche-sur-mer traveling this way instead of the trains. Has anyone done this, and if so what ferry service did you use?
That must be something new - I never remember seeing those. And I love to mess about on boats so if I had seen them I would have been on them like a rocket.
Hope it works out for you...
I'm only aware of a boat tour from Trans Cote d'Azur that cruises around the bay of Villefranche-sur-mer. The old port of Nice and VSM are adjacent, so I am unaware of any ferry. Trans Cote d'Azur does have trips to Cannes, St. Tropez and Ste. Marguerite.
When will you be in Nice? Trans Côte d’Azur is the only service I’m aware of here. They also go to Monaco and offer a coastal tour, but they do not operate in the winter. Here’s a link to their website in English: https://www.trans-cote-azur.co.uk/
Thanks. I wish they had them like the Amalfi Coast. That was such a nice way to get from town to town.
We will be there early October. I did see that webpage, it does have a few. One to Monaco, at least.
Edit: nope, it ends 9/30. Missing it by just a few days.
