I am flying to Paris in early November into Charles de Gaulle Airport and will be staying in an Airbnb in the suburb of Creteil. After a long flight, I will be too tired to take the metro. How much should I expect to pay for a taxi from the airport to Creteil? Is there a surcharge for more than one person (there will be three of us)?

Being outside the Paris boundary, there isn't a set price but extra expensive suburb charges could apply. I can't give you an estimate but you may want to download the Bolt app, which is like Uber, and check the price. Bolt could be less expensive.
At the official taxi stand, the director at the head of the stand will summon a cab that is licensed for the suburbs.

on the meter. no extra charge for up to 4 people. no charges for luggage and whatever. The rules for charging are posted in the cab (be sure to only take a cab from the official ranks or you may find a several hundred dollar charge). I don't know about suburb rates but the rates are posted in the cab I believe.
