I read that the taxi fare from CDG to St Lazare train station is a fix price of 50 euros. Is this correct? If so, how many passengers for this price? How many bags?

No luggage fees apply and the fixed price is 50 EU.

Both JHK and Chexbres are correct. An additional piece of information in case your party is more than 4 people: it's 4 euros additional for each passenger beyond the initial 4.
