Only a handful of cases in France so far, but a great many more in neighboring Italy. Impossible to predict evolution. I would stay put, for the time being.

We are on the Southern Italy tour the end of April and received an email from the Rick Steve’s office regarding the corona virus and what they are doing regarding the tour. I appreciate the email, their awareness and the option to switch tours. As of now we plan to go forward with our trip. When those that deal in infectious diseases do not know how it spreads and there is no vaccine, I think governments, and the RS tour office, are being cautious until more is known.
