For those of you wishing to continue your adventures near Provence after your Rick Steves tour, I highly recommend the town of Uzes (only 40 minutes by car from Avignon). It’s small, beautiful with a large Saturday market and smaller “local” market on Wednesday. If you decide to visit, the CooknWithClass-Uzes cooking school is a must. I loved the Market Class so much that I went back in the fall for the week-long school. All classes are taught in English with chef Eric Fraudeau. Happy Travels!
