Can anyone recommend cooking classes in Burgundy? We'll be staying in Lyon and Beaune. Would love to take a class from a chef who enjoys an audience!

We took a class with him in 2013 that included shopping at the Dijon market and it was terrific. It was a pretty small group: a couple from Australia, me, my brother and his wife but we cooked enough for my husband and our children to join us for the meal. Basically, the larger group did the tour and then my husband took the children out for about an hour and returned with them for lunch. The food was so good that my then 7 year old son ate all of his vegetables, which is major.
