We will (maybe) be spending 2-3 days in Strasbourg in mid May. We love to take local cooking classes so I was hoping that one of the helpful folks on this page might have experience doing that in the Alsace region. Earlier in our trip we will be taking a 5 day class in Bordeaux and thought that Alsace would provide a different perspective. Thanks!
