Cooking Classes

What do you want to make? Croissant? A meal? Do you want to include a market trip? My sister and I did a croissant baking class in 2018 at La Cuisine Paris and it was excellent. She went back and did a macaron class there that she really enjoyed. They also offer a market tour followed by a cooking class that we have not done yet. We did that at the horribly named but very good Cook'n With Class in Montmartre. That class was also excellent and maybe a bit more fun than the single subject class. I am determined to take a class with [Charlotte Puckett][3] but so far it has not happened because I cannot get it scheduled.
