We will be in Paris April 22-23 and May 1-2, a weekend and then Monday and Tuesday. Not the best days but still looking for suggestions.

Hi Jane,
There’s some options at La Cuisine for your first and last days. I took their croissant pastries class - loved it! And I’ve made them several times at home since that class.

Have you looked at the Cookin with Class site? They have a great offering and to be honest the classes are done with class. I have done more than 10 classes there over the last 10 years and have tried others, they are my go to.
