Any recommendations for a day-long or 1/2 day cooking class in Avignon or Paris?
When we were in Paris, we took two cooking classes at lacuisineparis.com It's quick and easy to get to, the classes are in English, and they have a big selection to choose from.
We took the macaron and puff pastry/croissant classes and had a blast.
I've taken 2 bread and pastry classes here and one "seasonal menu" class. The classes last about 4 hours, and are a little expensive, but are very good for people who are experienced cooks who want to further their education.
