We'll be staying in Lourmarin for a week, and would love to take a cooking class, if these are offered. We had a great time in Italy learning how to make orecchetti. It was nothing fancy, very lighthearted, just the four of us (two couples), with a local woman and her daughter. We finished with a simple, delicious lunch, featuring what we had made, along with homemade sauce, and a few other things our teacher had prepared, along with a local wine.
Is there anything similar in Provence? We'll have a car.
