My husband and I recently returned from our first trip to France. One of the high points of our visit was our experience with Cook'n With Class Paris. We signed up for the morning French Market class. Our Chef Instructor was Patrick Hebert who led us through a fun morning teaching us the best way to navigate the market and identify quality, fresh ingredients. Once ingredients were purchased we walked back to the kitchen to assist Chef Hebert in preparing our lavish lunch. We had 7 participants in our class and we all agreed that this was an outstanding day - so much information, so much food, so much fun! We highly recommend it!
