Wow! Do not hesitate to book this market shopping and meal preparation experience in Paris. Our group was 6 people, Chef Antonin was humorous and passionate about cooking. He shared many tips and instructions how to do the food prep and cook. We had duck, lamb chops, potatoes, oysters, and more. The shopping and cooking lasted 6 hours. He poured us champagne and wine and we ate our preparation. It was The Best Meal we had in Paris. I would do this again, next time I go.

I took their week-long cooking holiday in Uzes last fall and Chef Antonin was our chef for the week. He is the best!
