I thought I had reserved second class TGV tickets. When I went to review price for same train, first class tickets, I could find no way to do that on SNCF Connect. In fact, my ticket does not indicate whether what class ticket it is. What am I doing wrong?
I think some trains only have one class. It could be that you just have the class available on your train. Maybe if you give your route someone who knows more than I do could help.
If you have reserved on a "Ouigo" TGV. They don't have 1st class. These are "low-cost" TGVs with only 2nd class seats
if you have bought tickets for a "Ouigo" TGV be sure to understand the extra hoops they make you jump through - early check in, luggage, etc.
Ouigo are the Ryanair of the rails.
Upstate Traveler, can you give a few more details please so that we can work out the situation and help properly

Check out https://www.seat61.com, commonly known as "Man in seat 61". It has very detailed information if you put TGV in the search box. I hope that helps.
