Confused about Paris restaurant reservation

Greetings,

I haven't posted much lately, but always enjoy seeing what people are talking about on the forum.

We'll be in Paris for a few days at the beginning of April and I was considering making a dinner reservation at La Bourse Et La Vie. On their website, it shows reservations for "18:30 until 20:30" I'm a little confused about the "until 20:30" part. Does this suggest the reservation would only guarantee a table sometime during that two-hour window? After 20:30, it just shows "Available" without the "until" note.

Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks!

Since 18:30 is the first service, if you make a reservation at this time you will have to leave the table at 20:30 so that it will be available for customers who have booked for 20:30.

And not all restaurants have two seatings although it is a growing trend. We usually reserve for 8 pm but if restaurants have two seatings usually the first is at 7:30 and the second at 9:30
