We are looking for a reasonable place to sleep anywhere on or very close to the Cote d'Azur. I am pregnant and will be 24 weeks by the time we hope to go in early May. I am concerned about hard French beds and wondered if anyone had suggestions for this. Don't need luxury, room service but a clean room and a comfortable/soft bed.
Much appreciate any input in advance!
The beds will likely be narrower than you find in US hotels.
Hopefully as soft.
Where on the Cote d'Azur do you plan to be?
I spent a month traveling all around France and I don't remember any hard beds. All the beds I had were very nice. I mostly stayed in budget hotels and small inns and b&b's.

I know beds are usually smaller, like most things....I've stayed in Germany and Italy many times and some of the beds are on the harder side, not usually an issue but right now.....it's different.
