I need recommendation's for what to do or a tour for colmar in begining of may, we only have two days to work with?
The main attraction is probably the Petite Venice area followed by the cathedral. A couple other lesser things to see are Tanners street, house of heads, and Pfister house.
Colmar has a free electric shuttle bus (navette) that makes a circuit around town. Think of it as a free hop on, hop off bus. Its route starts and ends at the train station. The link provides information on the shuttle and also a map of the route.
We just wandered on our own. It's an easy town to walk around. Also used the free Navette which got us anywhere we wanted to go- jut flag it down.
Do visit Underlinden museum for the Isenheim Altarpiece.
We visited Colmar but other than the Underlinden we were ready to leave after seeing it. So from my perspective, two days is way more than enough to see Colmar. We couldn’t wait to return to the charming wine villages where we spent four nights and to beautiful Strasbourg where we stayed two nights. I hope you are spending time in the wine villages and Strasbourg which we found much more interesting and beautiful than Colmar.
I was in Colmar for 3 nights in 2022. I’d planned to spend one of my full days in Strasbourg but liked Colmar so much I just stayed there for the 2 days.
The TI office has a DIY walking tour. I did most of it starting at the TI office. Most locations had a QR code on a plaque so you could scan for more information which was handy.

I was tired one afternoon and took the small sightseeing train (different from the shuttle to the train station I think) which was a waste of time. The central area is a pedestrian core so the train can’t get to the interesting sights. (Eyeroll on my part, lol) It goes around the edges.
The Unterlinden Museum is excellent.
Hope you enjoy this area!
If you have time, a full or half day tour to the wine villages would be nice. I booked a full day tour with l'Alsaciette. It was the highlight of my week stay in Colmar in October 2022.
