Colmar - Lodging for Two Families

Hi All!

I would be very interested in your thoughts, suggestions and recommendations for a place in Colmar that could accommodate two separate families. One family (of 4) has 13 and 17 year old. The other (of 5) has 11, 8 and 3 year old. We could share a kitchen, but definitely want enough space to give the teens some privacy (and a break for the kiddies).

Looking at July 5 - 8ish, $$ budget. Bonus for proximity to cafe/coffee shop open early and park or other play area.

This might work for your group. We have not stayed in this particular apartment, but in a smaller one managed by the same company and in the same building. The location is ideal. There is a wonderful bakery across the street, and many other shops & cafes (including Starbucks) along Rue Clef within a block.

Square de la Montagne Verte is nearby (maybe 3 minutes away), with green space and a playground. There is a parking garage under the square.
