Colmar - local cheap eats

Good day,

I will be basing myself in Colmar for our upcoming Alsace trip.

What would you recommend for inexpensive, local places to eat.

Also, places that are quick eats, such as food halls, markets, food trucks etc.

We were just there/ the Covered Market Hall in the Petite Venice area would be a good choice.
