Please provide more info. How many people, any children? Need for elevator and or parking? Close to train station? Breakfast wanted there? What month? Yes, begin with Booking.com and use their filters to narrow down the search. Your request is too vague and no one can make recs without more data. Do some preliminary research yourself first and come back with some places you have found so people can comment on them. There are many. many, many places to stay in and around Colmar and forum contributors cannot search through all of them for you, especially without any parameters.

I stayed at the Hotel Ibis Styles Colmar Center. Great location and easy walking distance to most sites as well as the train station.
