It would help to know what your priorities are. Are you looking for the cheapest transport, or the fastest, or the most convenient?
Generally, I would vote for the train, as it's relatively fast and comfortable in that you can enjoy several hours relaxing and watching the scenery. For timetables and prices, go to https://www.sncf-connect.com/en-en, which is the official French national railway company.

Generally train would be the 'best' for me but it depends on what constitutes 'best' to you. Train takes about 2-1/2 hrs with one change in Strasbourg.
