My wife and I will be staying in Collioure for 5 days. Can anyone tell me how long it takes
to walk from Collioure to Port Vendres?
Also, is it worth a day trip to Banyuls-sur-mer and Argeles-sur-mer?

Google Maps will give you the walking time.
It was my impression from riding a bus through the area that Argeles consists of a bunch of vacation apartments with no historical structures. However, I did not get to the port (if there is one). I suggst consulting a comprehensive guide book to that part of France so you can make a list of potential day-trips. I'd expect Argeles to be mentioned.

I would gauge about an hour to Port Vendres . Other than it is a cute place , are you tracing Mackintosh ?
