Has anyone booked with them recently? I’m having a terrible time communicating with them via chat and email. Responses are very slow. Is this company legit?

I've rented from them 3 different times, twice was at the same apartment. The last time I rented with them was August/September 2023. I had no issues at the time contacting them.

Thank you for the info. We finally gave up hearing them so rented something else. Then did hear back a day after we rented another place which is non refundable.
