Closures in Paris during the Olympics

Does anyone have a list of all the areas/sites that will be inaccessible during the Olympics, I am traveling Aug 21-24, so would be good to know so I can avoid or work around those areas.

I have seen that some areas between this time will still be closed due to the installations and/or slowly reopen until September/October. Trying to see which areas I should just not worry about in my planning.

I’m here right now for the Olympics and now that the Opening Ceremony is done, very few sites are still unaccessible. All the museums are open, the Eiffel Tower is open etc etc. The only site I can think of that’s closed now and may still be closed when you’re here is Place de la Concorde.
So basically I wouldn’t worry to much and just plan what you want to do.

During that period, there will be few disruptions to anything you might want to do. The Champ de Mars and the Place de la Concorde will be restricted until 9 September. A concern might be the cost of public transportation as Olympic pricing is in effect until 9 September. However, a 4 consecutive day, zone 1-5 pass will cost 52€ and might be a good option. The sale of all other passes is suspended until 9 September. The unit price of the ticket t+ is currently 4€.

Reach out to the vloggers Jay Swanson or Les Frenchies, they will know such things

Well, Les Frenchies said they were leaving town during the games and Jay seems to be focusing on where you can get coffee. I’m not sure they’re actually going to be that helpful.

Jay does live for his coffee (and his dog), he was posting a lot in the runup to the games
