City Tour, River Seine Cruise and Eiffel Tower

Has anyone done the City Tour, Seine River Cruise and Eiffel Tower Tour? It is advertised as about 5 hours and cost $115USD. We have only two days in Paris and wonder if this might be one way to see the sights. Any advice?
