This hotel seems to have great reviews compared to most of the hotels at CDG. The info states that it is .8 mile from terminal 2, but does not mention the free shuttle service. Has anyone stayed there? Thoughts? Comments? Thanks in advance for any help.
reviews say it's a short wakl to Terminal 3, you can take the CDGVAL from there; but no, they don't have a shuttle:
Do you have a shuttle?
Unfortunately, citizenM does not provide shuttles. But feel free to arrange your own. Most airports provide these services.

I’ve stayed at this Citizen M twice and liked it very much. Be aware that their rooms are quite small for two people (I was solo), but doable. They have a lively lobby area where people hang out, have a drink, play games and more. I ate a very good dinner there, and their breakfast buffet was excellent. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
It’s an easy walk to the train at Terminal 3 (it’s a covered walkway if the weather is bad) and a quick ride to Terminal 2.
There is no shuttle (in terms of a road vehicle that would come and pick you up and drop you off) because you take the more convenient internal rail "shuttle" (CDGVal) between the hotel and your CDG terminal.
We stayed at the Citizen M CDG in September 2019. It was fine for the last night of our trip before an early flight, but the Citizen M feels like it's trying too hard to be trendy IMHO. The CDGVAL airport shuttle sounds more complicated than it is.

We just stayed at CitizenM in November and really, the walk from the hotel to Terminal 2 is straightforward and very easy unless you have large and heavy bags. It is the walk that takes you to the tram service that gets you to the Terminal area.
Nice hotel, rooms small but good for a one night stay. Fun concept too. Food is okay and easy since finding food at CDG is a project.
