I don't know the French equivalent of Which? which is the British equivalent of the US Consumer Reports, but I know that Which? has done extensive research on these child safety seats, and has found huge gulfs of difference in their safety.
I'd be more interested in safety than anything else (but I don't know your child). Since UK laws pretty much still mirror EU safety laws for a few more months I would ask my English friends to research on Which? and you research on the French equivalent.
Since standards are the same and both use ISOFix mountings, assuming your car is modern enough, I'd go for safest and then availability and then price. I'd expect both of the major hypermarché chains (and E. Leclerc) to have a variety.
