Children's carseats in taxis in Paris?

We are 2 adults and a 2 year old - are there carseats in any taxis or car services in Paris?

The answer to your question is yes but you have to request them. You are not going to be able to just hail one on the street or find that taxis in line at the airports or train stations have car seats. Download the Taxi G7 app and use that to request taxis with car seats. The service is called G7 Famille.

No in general. You can carry one of those portable travel boosters to us on plane or cabs. G7 has van cabs that have car seats that can be ordered. People order them for airport runs. Not sure how feasible they are for just traveling around town.

Booster seats will be more common than full car seats. We’ve seen them in several taxis, either stored in the trunk or in the front passenger seat. If you want a real car seat, you need to request it.

Young taxi passengers are exempt from car seat requirements. Few taxis carry car seats as the consume valuable trunk space typically used for luggage.
